Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product was damaged during shipping.
- Items are missing from the order.
To process a refund:
- You must provide a mandatory unboxing video clearly showing the original sealed package.
- The video must be uncut and recorded from the moment the package is opened.
- Claims without an unboxing video will not be entertained.
- In case of a refund to be claimed, kindly contact our customer care on +91-9910807660 or write to us on customercare@dilune.com with the necessary images and videos related to your claim with subject line “Dilune Refund For ”.
- A claim of refund should be made within 24 hours of order delivery along with all mentioned details.
- The amount of refund does not include the delivery charge as they are non-refundable by delivery partners. Applicable on both COD and prepaid delivery.
Dilune is not responsible for:
- Any damage caused after delivery.
- Misuse, mishandling, or improper storage by the customer.
Once a claim is approved, the refund will be processed within 10-12 business days.
